Hi, my name is Matt Conte.

I live in Canberra, Australia, but am originally from Melbourne – also, Australia.

I studied landscape architecture at RMIT University – one of the most prestigious design schools in the world.

I graduated in 2011 with  aMasters of Landscape Architectureand aBachelor of Design.

After Uni, I  worked as a residential landscape designer, before taking the opportunity to live with my wife in Vietnam for a year (teaching English).

On returning home, we gained public service jobs, and 7 months later moved to Canberra, so my wife Alison could pursue her dreams.

I started this website in 2015, with the personal goal of creating a side business I can build into a full time business.

I chose to share my understanding of, and experience with, landscape architecture and design.I truly believe my knowledge and advice can help people achieve their dreams, and think it is worth sharing.

So my goal now is to continue to add useful content to my site and any other platforms that prove useful.Eventually I aim to work on it full time, but I understand that will take time.
